This symbol lights up in the dashboard instrument cluster along with an audible alarm if a imminent the tyre pressure monitoring system (tpms) warning light illuminates warning of pressure loss in a tyre. I am having the same problem with the passenger airbag. It looks like a red steering wheel with a lock above it.
