The limits of the direct injection system on the n54 aren't clear. This turbo upgrade is intended for those looking to hit big power goals while maintaining the stealth oe look under the hood. Looks like an indy can do it for around 3k.
My first thought was upgraded turbos from vargas, rb or pure because they are able to make 700hp.
