View 2007 Bmw 335I Overheating
Gif. It has replaced the outgoing e46 m3 as the car i would buy as my daily driver, particularly since it is far more forgiving over broken pavement yet still. N54 water pump failure symptoms.

Temp warning comes on and a restart of the car makes it go away. The m3 had a power steering overheat issue from track days iirc. Water pump and fan running noise is very loud.
Restarting the car can make it go away since the engine itself hasn't overheated, but once the car cranks back up to 100% and notices temperature continuing to.
